How are your ceramics made?
All of our ceramics are handmade with love in our home studio on the redwood coast of Northern California. We do not sell anything that we didn't make.
How often do you add things to your shop?
We are still getting up and running as we transition to making a new mug style, but our goal is to add new items to the shop every Saturday morning.
Can I request custom or personalized ceramics?
We are not taking custom work requests at this time so that we can focus on scaling up production for our new mug style.
What if I receive a damaged item?
If you receive a damaged item we will replace it or refund it, whichever you'd prefer.
Do you have a return policy?
We do not accept returns unless the item you purchased from us arrives damaged.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, but it will cost an extra $30-$50 in shipping depending on which country you live in. Reach out to use on IG or through our contact page form to get an accurate total.
Are your ceramics food-safe and lead-free?
All of our items are 100% lead-free and any items intended for preparing, storing, or holding food are 100% food-safe.
Are your mugs microwave-safe and dishwasher-safe?
Yes!

Can I track my order?
Yes! When you order from us a tracking number will be provided to you.
